Aviva’s head office wanted to relaunch an improved intranet ’knowledge bank’ called Arena and market it to their international staff, starting with their operations headquarters in the City.
We developed a new identity and launch campaign – ’Have you clicked how useful it is?’ This was rolled out on Arena’s home page and a poster campaign around the head office.
We then developed a user-friendly induction pack including an interactive CD, which featured flash animations of Aviva staff member’s stories, bringing Aviva’s Corporate values to life. The CD programme was web-enabled, allowing users to access up-to-date information from Aviva's web site via a built-in browser.
